​BACKGROUND

Modelmania was born out of my own passion for diecast models. I initially began collecting models as a child, mostly of the agricultural 1:32 variety. This began to grow and develop into construction and truck models. When we decided to set up Modelmania in 2006 it was mostly due to the difficulty in sourcing a variety of models.

It initially began by importing small amounts of models for a few friends but quickly grew into a thriving business which we are very proud of. We now deal directly with most of the major companies in an effort to keep our prices as competitive as possible. We have also commissioned a number of 1:50 scale truck and van models with WSI and are looking forward to new releases due in shortly exclusive to Modelmania.
